Steelers billboards around town

Are things at an all-time low for Steelers fans, at least of a certain age group? There are now billboards around town calling for change. Chris thinks this is the worst he has felt about the Steelers in his viewing lifetime. The closest thing for him were the 1998 & 1999 seasons, but the changes that were made following those seasons set the Steelers up for success in the next few years.
