HOUR 1 - Small Steelers staff, Calls, Tyler Kennedy

Ben Roethlisberger is at it again – this time calling out ownership, mostly Art Rooney II, for being cheap. Maybe not the best messenger, considering how much Ben made in his career, but that doesn’t mean the message is false. We looked at a few other coaching staffs around the league, including the Commanders, who are loaded with coaches. There are guys like Mike McCarthy and Bobby Slowik out there without a job, but the Steelers likely won’t pick up the phone. Callers gave their take on the Steelers coaching staff. Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. TK didn’t quite say the Penguins are one of the worst teams in hockey, but said they are in a tough spot that he hasn’t experienced in all of his years around the organization. Tyler talked about Sidney Crosby trade rumors and if it gets on his nerves. Tyler doesn’t think we’re at the point where Sid would want to be sent out somewhere else. TK said Sid probably thinks the team can retool enough to sneak into the playoffs next season and it’s not totally dire straits.
