Did Skenes call out front office?

Paul Skenes made some comments after yesterday’s win and Poni can’t believe the words haven’t gone viral. He, as kindly as possible, called out the front office for their lack of moves in the offseason. How close are the Pirates to being a contender? Why didn’t they do more to make the team better?
