We're in Portland, OR, with our buddy Peter Cho, chef and co-owner of the Korean hotspot, Han Oak. We talk about everything from his stints in NYC working with superstar chef April Bloomfield to dumplings and noodles--aka, "Noods and Dumps" in Peter's parlance.
