This week on Stockwhips and Lattes we chat to 25-year-old casual shepherd, Kate Poulsen. Every day is different for Kate as she works her way around different farms throughout Otago performing any and all farming jobs. Right now, in the middle of a demanding 6-week lambing block, Kate reflects with us on why she's living her dream and how she got there.
