Jay comes on to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 1997 MTV Video Music Awards -- the year Jamiroquai won four awards (including Video of the Year) for their classic "Virtual Insanity" clip -- discussing his memories of the VMAs, and of making the band's most famous music video.
