In this week’s episode of Multi-Family Method, Matt Brady, CEO & Founder of Willow Creek Partners, joins us to discuss his journey in the multi-family industry. Before starting Willow Creek Partners, Matt was the Co-found and Chief Operating Officer of a Washington DC area private equity firm that invested in early-stage startups, private equity, private credit, and real estate. Matt co-founded Willow Creek Partners in 2017 and built it into a company that now owns 11 apartment communities spanning from the Carolinas, Virginia, Maryland, and Denver, Colorado.  Matt earned his MBA from Meredith College and obtained a BS in economics from Virginia Tech.
