Born in Madrid to an Argentine mother and Spanish father, Garnacho was always likely to be influenced by both footballing cultures. I go back to his early days at Getafe and AtlĂ©tico Madrid, and follow his move to Manchester Unitedâs youth academy. A standout goal in the FA Youth Cup caught attention, and not long after, he made his senior debut at just 17 years old. I also talk through some of Garnachoâs big moments, including a memorable bicycle kick against Everton, and the role heâs played under manager Erik ten Hag. With over 100 appearances already, heâs made a strong start to his career. Thereâs more to come from Garnacho, but hereâs where it all began. Learn more about your ad choices.
