Ben Deily, one of the founding members of The Lemonheads, joins us on the show and shares a plethora of great stories about the early days of the band including his early jam sessions with fellow high school mate Evan Dando, Jesse Peretz's role, touring, and life as a Lemonhead. He also explains the Dando/Charles Manson connection, and the Lemonheads reunion sessions in Los Angeles which included Dando, Juliana Hatfield, and Ryan Adams. We also talk about Ben's fantastic band Varsity Drag and one of the best tributes songs ever about the late great legendary "Billy Ruane".
